Santa Claus Salad
Santa Claus Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, pinch of salt, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped and 2 pkg. cherry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve lemon gelatin, salt and marshmallows in 2 cups hot water; chill until thickened.
Blend cheese, pineapple and mayonnaise; add to gelatin mixture.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill until firm.
Dissolve cherry gelatin in 2 cups hot water; add remaining water.
Chill until thickened.
Spread over firm gelatin mixture; chill until firm.
