Sandy'S Fabulous "Corn Stuff" is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter or margarine, 8 oz. can drained corn, 14 1/2 to 16 oz. can creamed corn, 1 c. sour cream and 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
On stove top, melt butter in casserole. Mix in creamed and plain corn, sour cream and Jiffy mix.
Bake in 2-quart covered casserole (8 x 8-inch) for 1 1/2 hours covered and 30 minutes, uncovered.
Makes 6 servings.
