Sam'S Coconut Surprise is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 2 c. powdered sugar, 3 c. coconut and 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Melt oleo; remove from heat.
Add powdered sugar and coconut. Blend well.
Shape into balls.
Make well in center of each and place on cookie sheet.
Now fill the well with the melted chocolate.
Chill until firm.
