Salsa Cheese Dip
Salsa Cheese Dip is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. mexican velveeta cheese (8 oz.), 1/2 lb. sausage (hot or mild), 1 c. salsa and 1 tbsp. diced onion (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In skillet, fry sausage until done and crumbly.
In medium-size bowl, microwave Velveeta cheese until creamy.
Remove from microwave.
Add salsa, onions and sausage.
Stir well.
