Salsa
Salsa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can whole tomatoes, 1 large white onion, 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper to taste and 1 bell pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Chop up tomatoes and put with juice into bowl.
Chop onion, garlic and bell peppers; add to tomatoes.
For mild salsa, remove all seeds from chili peppers.
Slice peppers and add.
For hotter salsa, add a few seeds.
Add salt and pepper.
Do not cook.
Place all ingredients in a quart Mason jar.
Refrigerate.
Allow 24 hours for all flavors to blend.
