Salmon Stew
Salmon Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 potatoes, diced, 3 to 4 onions, diced, 1 can whole tomatoes, 1 can niblets yellow corn and 1 can salmon, deboned and flaked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook potatoes and onions until well done.
Do not drain.
Add can of tomatoes, seasoned with fried out meat grease.
Add corn, salmon and tomato soup.
Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and when it stops boiling, add can of cream, stirring constantly.
Serve with cornbread or crackers.
