Salmon Rice Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can salmon, drained and broken into chunks, 1 c. cooked rice, 1 hard-cooked egg, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 c. cooked peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put salmon, rice, egg, lemon juice, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper in bowl. Toss thoroughly with a fork.
