Salmon Rice Casserole
Salmon Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 lb. pimento cheese, 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 3 c. cooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

For cheese sauce, combine milk, cheese, salt and pepper in a double boiler.
Heat only until well blended and smooth.
Put a layer of cooked rice in a well-greased baking dish.
On top of this, arrange layers of salmon, olives and the cheese sauce. Repeat, ending with cheese sauce.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
