Salmon Puffs
Salmon Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can salmon, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. flour, 1/4 tsp. soda and 1/2 c. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix dry ingredients together.
Slowly add buttermilk and beaten eggs.
Crumble salmon and add to mixture.
Drop by teaspoons into deep fat.
They will begin to puff as soon as they are in the hot fat.
Fry until golden brown.
Drain by placing on paper towel.
Makes about 15 puffs.
