Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can pink salmon, 1/2 c. fine bread crumbs, 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp. chopped onion and 2 tbsp. chopped parsley (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Drain and mash salmon, reserving liquid.
Combine salmon with bread crumbs, egg whites, onion, parsley, lemon juice and pepper; mix well.
Add 2 or 3 tablespoons of reserved liquid, if necessary, for desired consistency.
Shape into patties.
Brown in skillet with oil over medium heat.
