Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, 3 eggs, lightly beaten, 3/4 c. dried bread crumbs, 1 c. cottage cheese and 1 small onion, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine salmon, eggs, bread crumbs, cottage cheese and onion. Shape into 12 patties, dip patties in crumbs and fry in butter until golden brown on both sides.
