Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, 12 soda crackers, crushed (about 1/2 c.), 2 tsp. instant minced onion, 1 egg and 1/3 c. evaporated milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove skin and bones from salmon; flake salmon in liquid. Add crumbs, onion, egg and milk; mix well.
Shape into balls. Melt butter over low heat in a skillet.
Add salmon balls.
Cook about 5 minutes on each side.
