Salmon Patties
Salmon Patties is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (15 oz.) cans salmon, 6 slices white bread, 1/2 c. cornmeal, 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Drain salmon; remove bones and flake.
Make bread into fine crumbs in food processor.
Combine all ingredients except oil. (Add a little milk if mixture seems too dry.) Form 10 to 11 patties.
Pan-fry in lightly oiled skillet about 5 minutes or until lightly browned; turn halfway through cooking time.
Drain on absorbent paper towels.
