Salmon Pâté

Made with (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and bones removed, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, . lemon juice, . grated onion and . horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Blend salmon and cream cheese with lemon juice, onion, salt and horseradish until smooth.
Mix in nutmeats.
Mold in a small bowl lined with plastic wrap.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
Remove from bowl; carefully remove plastic wrap and roll in parsley.
Serve with thinly sliced rye bread or crisp crackers.
