Salmon Mousse
Salmon Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can red salmon, boned, drained, skinned and mashed fine, 1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, tabasco sauce and 1 tsp. dill weed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
