Salmon Mold

Made with 1 can pink salmon (7 3/4 oz.), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin and 1/2 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In double boiler, melt cream cheese and soup.
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Mix all ingredients together. Put in mold.
Serve with Escort crackers.
