Salmon Log
Salmon Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can drained, skinned and boned salmon, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 tsp. grated onion and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Remove skin and bones and flake salmon.
Add other ingredients except pecans and parsley.
Mix well and chill until easy to handle.
On a sheet of waxed paper, mix pecans and parsley.
