Salmon Loaf Or Timbales is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. (1 lb. can) drained salmon (remove bones and skin, if desired; i don't), 2 c. soft bread crumbs or 1/2 c. dry bread or cracker crumbs, 1 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. fresh, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1/2 c. condensed cream of celery soup (or salmon liquid plus water), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375°.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Place in well-greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan or 8-inch square or round pan.
Also can be put in greased baking cups or muffin tins (3/4 full).
Bake at 375°; for mini-loaves, 25 to 30 minutes; for larger loaves, 40 to 45 minutes.
