Made with 1 lb. can salmon (red preferred), 4 eggs, seasoning to taste (such as onion flakes, pepper, dill and parsley), 1 c. rice krispies or corn flakes and squeeze of lemon juice (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Put salmon into loaf pan; mash.
Add eggs; mix thoroughly. Melt margarine in heated milk.
Add to salmon; stir well.
Add cereal.
