Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 cans salmon, 2/3 c. celery, chopped fine, 2/3 c. onion, chopped fine, 1 sprig parsley, chopped fine or dry 1 to 2 tsp. and 1 c. fine bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Drain salmon and save liquid.
Flake salmon and remove bones and skin as desired.
Combine bread crumbs, seasonings and mayonnaise with reserved liquid.
Add salmon and mix thoroughly. Pack into 9 x 5-inch greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle generously with paprika.
Bake 45 to 60 minutes in preheated oven at 350Β°.
