Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. can salmon, 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Remove skin and bones from salmon.
Add all ingredients except egg whites.
Cool slightly before folding in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Bake in buttered mold or loaf pan for 1 hour at 350Β°. Serves 4 to 6.
