Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon (red), 3/4 c. soda crackers, crushed, 1/4 c. onion, chopped, 3 egg yolks, beaten and 3 egg whites, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Flake salmon and remove bones.
Separate eggs; beat whites and yolks, then fold whites into yolks.
Add crackers, onions, then egg mixture and milk to salmon.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
