Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 3 or 4 pieces bread, cubed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease loaf pan.
Drain salmon and remove skin and bones. In hot butter, saute onion and celery until tender.
Stir in bread cubes.
Remove from heat.
