Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, 3 c. bread crumbs, 1/3 c. salmon liquid, 2 tsp. green pepper and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain salmon and flake.
Heat milk and add butter and bread. Mix well and let stand 5 minutes.
Add salmon liquid.
Beat until smooth.
Add yolks, pepper, onion, lemon juice, green pepper and salmon.
Fold in egg whites.
Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
