Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, 2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put salmon with liquid into a bowl.
Remove bones and flake salmon.
Combine milk and bread crumbs.
Add to salmon and mix gently with fork.
Add egg, salt, poultry seasoning, celery, green pepper, lemon juice and onion.
Turn mixture into well-greased 1-quart ring mold.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes or until firm.
