Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper, 1 small onion, grated, 1 c. bread crumbs and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Flake salmon and remove skin and bones.
Combine salmon, pepper, onion, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Mix well and put in greased 8 x 4-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and spread remaining tomato sauce on top.
Return to oven for 10 minutes.
