Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon, drained and flaked, 1 medium onion, 1/4 c. lemon juice, 2 eggs and 1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Put onion, lemon juice and eggs in blender.
Zap it.
Mix liquid with salmon and bread crumbs.
Put in medium sized glass baking dish, sprayed with Pam.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serve. Easy and tasty!
