Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. can salmon, 1 can evaporated milk, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain salmon; remove skin and bones and flake into a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients.
Shape into a loaf and place in a well-buttered pan.
