Salmon Loaf
Salmon Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can salmon, 1 c. bread crumbs, 1/2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. butter and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain juice and remove bones from salmon.
Break up salmon in bowl.
Add bread crumbs and milk; mix well.
Distribute butter bits throughout.
Add salt and pepper.
Place in greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 400Β° for 1/2 hour.
