Salmon Fritters
Salmon Fritters is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 38 minutes. Made with (15 oz.) can pink salmon, egg, heaping tsp. baking powder, c. sifted flour and onion, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Pour juice of salmon into measuring cup.
Set aside.
Put drained salmon into mixing bowl.
Add 1 egg; use fork to break up salmon, taking out bone.
Mix real well.
When gummy, add flour and mix well with fork.
May add pepper.
Take 1/4 cup of salmon juice and add 1 heaping teaspoon baking powder to juice; beat with fork.
It will foam.
After foaming, add to salmon mixture.
Mix well (it will be thin).
