Salmon Croquettes

Melt Crisco in small pan; blend in flour.
Add milk.
Cook and stir until very thick and smooth.
Remove from heat.

Combine egg with water. Dip balls in mixture.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Deep fry until browned, about 3 minutes.
