Salmon Cheese Surprise

Saute onion in butter.
Add flour and blend well.
Stir in milk and cook for several minutes, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
Turn off heat.
Add cheese, salmon, salt and pepper and mix well.
Place mixture in greased casserole and top with biscuits.
Bake in 425Β° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
