Salmon Cheese Casserole
Salmon Cheese Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. scalded milk, 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1 c. grated parmesan cheese and 1 lb. can salmon, flaked (liquid from salmon), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt butter or margarine in scalded milk.
Pour over bread crumbs and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Add cheese, salmon and salmon liquid to bread crumbs and mix well.
Add eggs, mix lightly and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
