Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can salmon (16 oz.), drained, 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 2 c. cooked rice and 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In 2-quart casserole dish, put drained salmon.
"Smash" with a fork to crush any bones (they are very soft).
Mix in soup and half of the cheese, then add the rice.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
