Salmon Casserole
Salmon Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can salmon, 1/2 c. bell pepper, 1 tbsp. pimento, 2 eggs, beaten and 1 c. whole milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Pick all bones and skin from salmon; save juice.
Mash salmon. Saute onions and bell pepper in melted butter.
Add pimento, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
