Salmon Caesar
Salmon Caesar is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 6 oz. pkg. caesar croutons and 1 lb. can salmon, flaked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk and soup.
Stir in croutons, flaked salmon, green pepper and onion.
Pour into buttered 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until set in center.
