Salmon Burgers
Salmon Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon, 1 egg, beaten, 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs, 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese and 1 tsp. dried minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Drain the canned salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together reserved liquid, egg, bread crumbs, cheese, onion and thyme.
Add drained salmon; mix well.
Shape into 1/2-inch thick patties.
Cook in hot oil over medium heat until each side is brown.
