Salmon Burgers
Salmon Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can alaskan salmon, 3/4 c. uncooked quick oats, 1/2 c. finely chopped onion, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 2 tbsp. minced, fresh parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain and flake salmon.
Combine salmon, oats, onion, egg, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well.
Shape mixture into 4 patties.
Pan-fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve in buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
Serves 4.
