Salmon Ball
Salmon Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked, 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1 tbsp. grated onion and 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients except nuts and parsley.
Shape in ball. Refrigerate approximately 2 to 4 hours.
Remove from refrigerator and roll in the mixture of nuts and parsley.
Place on platter with lemon curls.
Makes 1 large ball or 2 small balls.
