Sally's Pork Chop Casserole
Sally'S Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 large onions, sliced, 4 to 6 center cut pork chops, 1/2 stick butter or margarine, 1 tbsp. chili sauce and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Sauté the onion in butter or margarine.
Brown pork chops on both sides in separate pan.
Layer sauteed onions, browned pork chops and onions in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
In a small bowl, blend chili sauce, flour, salt, pepper and ginger ale.
Pour mixture over pork chop/onion mixture.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
