Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup, divided, 1 egg and 1/2 c. milk, divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Chop half of the mushrooms.
In a large bowl, combine chopped mushrooms, ground beef, 1/4 cup of soup, egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, bread crumbs, onion and pepper.
Cover with wax paper and microwave on High for 9 to 10 minutes.
Drain and let stand, covered, for 5 minutes.
