Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can beefy mushroom soup, divided, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large bowl, combine 1/4 cup soup and remaining ingredients except water.
Shape into patties.
Brown in large skillet.
Drain grease.
Combine rest of soup and water.
