Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can onion soup, 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine 1/3 cup soup, ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
Shape into 6 oval patties.
Brown patties in skillet; drain.
Add remaining soup, catsup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard.
Blend 1/4 cup water into flour until smooth.
Stir into soup mixture.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 20 minutes.
This is a low-fat recipe.
