Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs, 2 bouillon cubes (beef), dash of celery salt and 1 can cream of mushroom soup plus 1 soup can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve bouillon cubes in the 1/2 cup hot water.
Mix with meat, crumbs, seasoning and egg.
Shape in 8 flat patties.
Beat milk and soup together and set aside.
Bake in preheated 350Β° oven until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).
Cover with soup and milk mixture.
