Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter/margarine, 4 medium onions, thinly sliced, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 beef bouillon cubes or envelopes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

About 40 minutes before serving, preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
In 10-inch skillet over medium heat on stove, in hot butter/margarine, cook onions until tender (about 5 minutes), stirring frequently.
Stir in cornstarch, salt, bouillon, bottled sauce for gravy and 1 1/2 cups water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened.
Reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Keep onion mixture warm.
