Salisbury Steak
Salisbury Steak is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Made with cream of mushroom soup, prepared mustard (or dry mustard), worcestershire sauce, prepared horseradish and egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine soup, mustard, worcestershire and horseradish.
Blend well and set aside.
Lightly beat egg and then add bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup of soup mix.
Add beef and mix well.
Make patties and brown in oil.
Combine remaining soup mix with water.
Pour over patties, cover, and cook over low heat 10 - 15 minutes.
Serve with parsley garnish!
