Salami Cheese Balls
Salami Cheese Balls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened at room temperature, 1/3 c. pitted black olives, chopped, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 small wedge onion, chopped, or 1 tsp. onion powder and 1 (3 oz.) hard salami, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Beat the cream cheese, olives, onion and Parmesan until smooth.
Chill for 2 to 3 hours, then shape into ball or log. Finely chop the salami.
If using a blender to do this, add small amount of water and drain off any excess liquid when chopped. Roll cheese ball in salami to cover outside.
