Salad Maurice
A composed salad of crisp greens with ham, turkey, and Swiss in a tangy mustard-mayo dressing. Bistro-style and substantial enough to anchor a lunch plate.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Break lettuce into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl.
Cut tomatoes into quarters or eighths and toss with lettuce.
Add vinegar, oil, relish, Worcestershire Sauce, tabasco and eggs to mayonnaise.
Add dressing and toss.
Top with ham, chicken and cheese.
