Salad Dressing Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1 c. salad dressing, 2 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 c. dates, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine sugar, salad dressing, flour and baking soda.
Cut up dates with soda and pour hot water over them.
Add to first ingredients.
Add nutmeats.
Pour into a greased and floured square cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serve plain or with Dream Whip.
Very moist.
