Salad Dressing
Salad Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar and 8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Combine flour and sugar; mix well.
Beat egg; add to flour/sugar.
Add vinegar and reserved pineapple juice.
Cook in small pan on low heat.
Stir and cook until thick.
Pour cooled dressing over apples, pineapple and peanuts.
Mix in Cool Whip. May sprinkle additional peanuts over top for garnish.
Yield
10 servings.
